20世紀、食品は「過食による肥満」という大問題を引き起こしました。この肥満問題が解決へと向かう中、その先の視点から食品研究に新たな息吹を吹き込みます。
In the 20th century, food was at the heart of a major problem—obesity caused by overeating. Now that this obesity issue is on the path to being resolved, we are embracing new challenges in food research from a post-obesity perspective.

2025年4月1日の永野の着任に伴い、急遽、このウェブページを作成しました。研究内容の紹介等を、今後、充実させていきます。
In conjunction with Dr. Nagano’s appointment on April 1, 2025, we have promptly created this website. We plan to further enrich the presentation of our research activities in the future.

共同研究の募集 / Collaborative Research Opportunities

我々が最近発表した研究手法を用いれば、公開データのみを活用して、動植物の分子進化に関する学術論文の作成・発表が可能となります。すでにこの手法を用いてインドの研究者と共同研究を進めていますが、さらに共に研究を推進していただけるパートナーを国内外から若干名を募集しています。応募条件は、英語でのコミュニケーションが可能であること、Linuxが稼働するコンピュータにアクセスできることです。

Using our recently published research method, it is now possible to produce and publish academic papers on the molecular evolution of plants and animals by leveraging only publicly available data. We are seeking additional partners from domestic and international communities. Applicants must be able to communicate in English and have access to a Linux-running computer.
